Lipin/Dietz Associates offers  a comprehensive audiogram review service that provides relevant and OSHA compliant management reports for your hearing testing data.  Demographic and audiometric data is fully encrypted for security and stored both on a dedicated server and individual client CD media.

Our reports include individual summary reports, notification letters, and management summaries which include all OSHA mandated summaries, including STS, PTS, and OSHA log reporting. Typical processing times are within 48 hours and we utilize electronic data transfers to improve response time and reliability.
