Lipin/Dietz Associates  offers several standard calibration and repair service options to best accommodate industrial, military and school accounts. In addition to our standard services we provide scope-of-work services  where  periodic maintenance, calibration and emergency repairs are all-inclusive and site specific. Annual Calibration and per-call Repair 

• Available to all customers

• Scheduled on-site calibration and per-call repair with specific arrival time estimates

• Help with subsequent troubleshooting and telephone, email, fax and website support

• Accurate and competitive calibration estimates and service fees quoted prior to actual service

• Loaner equipment (if available ) at reasonable rates

• Annual calibration notification and scheduling 45 days prior to calibration date expiration

Calibration Maintenance Agreements

• Available to all customers with any single, multiple or combination of instruments
• On-site calibration visits at discounted pricing
• Automatic preventative replacement of critical parts - included within the price of the contract
• Emergency service visit allotment, typically within 48 hours of notification 
• Loaner equipment at no charge with guaranteed availablity
• Agreement contracts are available from one to four years in duration

Client-Specific  Maintenance Agreements

• Available to all customers with any single, multiple or combination of instruments
• On-site calibration visits at customer-defined intervals
• On-site calibration visits at discounted pricing
• Client defined preventative maintenance intervals and scope of services
• Automatic preventative replacement of critical parts - included within the price of the contract
• Emergency service visit allotments, subject to client-defined response window
• Loaner equipment at no charge with guaranteed availablity
• Agreement contracts are available from one to four years in duration
