       Vision Screener Model Comparison

All screening instruments featuring a modern, sleek ergonomic design for patient

 comfort, standardized test illumination and an integrated foldable handle for

 ease of transport.

Optional features include a touch-screen panel with built-in vision screening

 software,  electronic scoring of test results and a natural line of sight testing.

All models in the iSeries family combine a variety  of vision screening tests 

like visual acuity, binocularity,  color and depth perception, muscle balance, 

astigmatism and peripheral vision to meet your vision screening requirements.

To summarize the model features:

The i500 has built in firmware that provides vision test interpretation, report

capability and data transfer to a computer.

The i400 uses a membrane panel to advance the slides automatically but 

has no built-in firmware or data  transfer capability.

Both of the above models are automatic and include the Natural Line

of Sight Testing (important when testing individuals who wear  glasses 

with bifocal or progressive lenses).

The i250 is a manual vision tester.

All three above models can test for peripheral vision.

The i200 is identical to the i250 but does not test for peripheral vision.
