Under current OSHA rules for hearing conservation new requirements are applicable as of January 1, 2003. The intent of this document is to assist the hearing conservation professional in determining when a hearing test should be considered for reporting. Specific examples are provided for the Tremetrics FOSHM software and for the Tremetrics HT Wizard, RA500 and RA400 audiometers. Additionally, answers to Frequently Asked Questions are provided.
