    Demographics

DEMOGRAPHICS is the doorway to all the employee data stored in FOSHM. Information such as SSN, name, address, job, department and supervisor, can be entered manually or easily transferred from your company’s main computer. Once the data is entered you can easily move to any of the FOSHM functions by simply clicking on one of the colorful icons (pictures) in the demographics screen.

         DAILY LOG

DAILY LOG keeps track of all your daily visits and much more. FOSHM will not only track injuries and illness but also sort by department, job, supervisor, time and date etc. A click of your mouse will print a report that lists all t he injuries in a specific department on a certain shift with the same supervisor or any information that you want to pull from the system. FOSHM will create safety files on individuals that have had a work-related injury or illness. Incidents that are OSHA-recordable are assigned a corresponding OSHA Log number and with this information you can print out all your state "first report of injury" OSHA 101 and 200 forms automatically.
