Audiometer Calibration Services

Lipin/Dietz Associates  offers several audiometer calibration options. 

 In addition to our standard audiometer calibration services we provide scope-of-work services  where  periodic audiometer maintenance, audiometer calibration and emergency audiometer repairs are all-inclusive and site specific.

 A summary of our audiometer calibration services is outlined below.  

Additional audiometer calibration, service requests or quotation requests can be directed via email or to our audiometer calibration service manager at our Guilford office address.

Annual  Audiometer Calibration and per-call Repair 

• Available to all clients

• Scheduled on-site audiometer calibration and per-call repair with specific arrival time

• Audiometer troubleshooting with telephone, email, fax and website support

• Accurate and competitive audiometer calibration rates

• Loaner equipment  at reasonable rates – no charge for instruments under warranty

• Annual audiometer calibration notification and scheduling 45 days prior to audiometer calibration date expiration

Audiometer Calibration and Maintenance Agreements

• Available to all clients with single, multiple or combination audiometers – all major brands serviced
• On-site audiometer calibration visits at discounted pricing
• Automatic preventative replacement of critical audiometer parts – included within the price of the contract
• Emergency service visit allotment, typically within 48 hours of notification 
• Loaner audiometers provided at no charge with guaranteed availability
• Agreement contracts available from one to four years in duration

Client-Specific Audiometer Calibration and Maintenance Agreements

• Available to all clients with any single, multiple or combination of instruments
• On-site audiometer calibration visits at client-defined intervals
• On-site audiometer calibration visits at discounted pricing
• Client defined preventative maintenance intervals and scope of services
• Automatic preventative replacement of critical audiometer parts – included within the price of the contract
• Emergency service visit allotments, subject to client-defined response window
• Loaner audiometer at no charge with guaranteed availability
• Agreement contracts are available from one to four years in duration
